She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Dorothy Ramsey (Dowell); and her siblings, Jerry, Jimmy, Kenneth, David Ramsey and Henriella Bynon.
She is survived by: her husband Maurice Shephard; her children, Marsha Troutman (Jerry), Terry Shephard (Dorothy), Cheryl Farmer (Jermie) and Lynnette Gaynor (Tim); her grandchildren, Seth Troutman (Jerriann), Jared Troutman, Jordan Farmer, Micah Farmer (Seleena), Zach Gaynor, Ethan Gaynor (Hannah), Devin Dillard (Charlie), Kenny Shulaw, Melissa Weinberger (Mark) and Jeremy Shulaw (Amanda); and her siblings, Jean Zellers (Bill), Guy Neil Ramsey, Daniel Reeves and Steve Epley. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
