She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Bolin and Nancy Bolin (Bolin); her husband Clarence Powell; and her brother Clarence Bolin. She is survived by: her children, Diana Rutledge, Joe Powell and David Powell (Cathy); her brother Richard Bolin; her grandchildren, Dana Rutledge, Doug Rutledge-Horton (John) and Bailey Powell; and her great grandchild Lexii Horton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Masks are to be worn while visiting the funeral home and social distancing is to be practiced.
