Ballard (Cannelburg, Indiana), born in Richmond, California, who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Ballard and Mary Ballard (Ballard). He is survived by: his wife Judy Ballard of Cannelburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Barr-Reeve High School Athletic Booster for basketball and baseball.
