She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Binz and June Binz (Maley); her brother Terry Binz; and her granddaughter Lacy Cook. She is survived by: her family Cincinnati; her husband David; her children, Alesha Neal (Fred) of Osgood, Raymond Cook III (Heather) of Moores Hill and Christopher Cook of Moores Hill; her stepdaughter Rhea Jean McAfee (Ben); her siblings, Ronnie Binz (Stephanie), Danny Binz (Bev) and Joyce Strunk; and her grandchildren, Olivia Neal, Rayelynn Cook and Liam Cook.
