He is survived by: his parent Leslie Helen Eskew Thornton of Canaan, Indiana; his children, Melody Kathryn Horth of North Vernon, Indiana and Sawyer Alexander Horth of North Vernon, Indiana; his sister Rosalyn Scott Rainwater of Madison, Indiana; and his grandfather Ray Thornton of Madison, Indiana. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
