She is survived by: her parent Lillian Pearl Wininger; her husband Rex Albertson of Campbellsburg; her children, Derrick Shoults (Glenda Sorrels) of Salem, Eric Shoults (Alissa) of Mitchell and Ashley Schultz (Justin) of Salem; her father Charles Eddie Ballard of West Baden; and her siblings, Chuck Ballard of Orleans, Larry Ballard (Mindy) of Fayetteville and Beth Mull of Paoli. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
