He is survived by: his wife Claudia Lewis; his son Gregory Tevis (Cassie) of Lancaster, Ohio; and his siblings, Kenny Evans of Flat Rock, Ronnie Evans of Indianapolis, Mary Sturgill of Indianapolis, Nancy Conrad of Shelbyville, Becky Bennett of Shelbyville, Doris Hankins of Shelbyville and Donna Cowen of Fairland. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
