He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Loughrey and Rita Ward Loughrey; and his sister Fran Boytano. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Loughrey; his children, Sheryl Myers, Stephanie Chapman, Scott Loughrey and Stuart Loughrey; his grandchildren, Derek, Damon Myers, Lillian, Emma Chapman, Reagan, Seth and Eli Loughrey; and his sisters, Rita Burza and Mimi Brauer.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donation to be made to the Washington County Humane Society New Building Fund, so it can make a lifelong difference to the community.
