He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Rowe and Opal Rowe (McGuire); his spouse Virginia Rose Alexander; his children, Shirley Mitchell of Augusta and Darryl Rowe of Campbellsburg; his great grandchild His; and his siblings, Charles Rowe, Jean McLaughlin, William Rowe, Jr. and Patricia Howard.
