He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Cornwell Williams and Albert C. Williams; and his brother Rullus Williams (Edna). He is survived by: his wife Edna E. Satkamp; and his children, Ryan Williams (Sally) of Charlotte, Nancy Isenberg (Dwaine) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Jane Drane (Rick) of Memphis, Indiana. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
Clendel requests that memorial contributions be made to the Washington County Historical Society at Steven's Museum, 307 E. Market St. Salem, Indiana 47167.
