She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Gilbert and Lucille Gish (Shaw). She is survived by: her husband Wayne E. Downham; her sons, Douglass Downham (Donna), Greg Downham (Becky) and Edward Downham of Bringhurst; and her brothers, James Gish (Phyllis Jane) of Deer Creek and Jerry Gish of Logansport.

Memorials may be made to the Faith Lutheran Church.
