She is survived by: her sons, Mark Louthen (Tammy) of West Lafayette and Michael Louthen (Jeneen) of Peru; her grandchildren, Teia Louthen, Ethan Louthen, Tonya Lowry, Allie Smith, Conner West and Tayler Pala; her stepgrandchildren, Justin Connaway, Amanda Brubaker and Jecie Forrester; her great grandchildren, Lynzi Adams, Lucy Adams, Madalynn Smith, Mason Smith, Gabriel West and Rowan West; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Nathan Connaway, Lilly Connaway, Faith Connaway, Nevaeha Connaway, Braxton Forrester, Jayden Miller and Sebastian Forrester.
The family requests memorial contributions to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
