He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Troutman and Irene Troutman (Bothwell); and his brother Gary Troutman. He is survived by: his wife Ann L. Rice; his daughter Emily Meek (Shawn); his brothers, Keith Troutman (Sherry) of Cicero, IN and Philip (Diane); his sister-in-law Penny Troutman; and his grandchildren, Keeton and Kaleb Meek of Camden, IN.
