He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Jane Simpson; his wife PJ; his sons, Jimmy Gish (Jenelle) of Camden, Rodney Gish (Julie) of Flora and Nick Gish (Beth) of Logansport; his grandchildren, Jarrett Gish (Libby), Austin Gish, Kayla Gish, Emma Lewis, Keirstyn Gish and Kylee Gish; his great grandchild Rori Gish; and his brother Jerry Gish of Logansport.
