We bid farewell to Roger Hopkins of Camby, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 4, 2025 at the age of 90. Roger touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas Clay and Beulah Mai Hopkins (Jones); his wife Mearl; and his siblings, Virginia Whitney, Hallie Woods, Hester Herald, Snowie Hire, Ruby Willhoite, Velva Marsh, William, Arthur, Jimmie, McDonald and J. B. Hopkins.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Larson (Marc) and Marty Hopkins (Terri); and his grandchildren, Jessica Cadle (Phillip), Marcus Larson (Sara), Jonas Hopkins (Amanda) and Jamila Jasgarszewski (Travis).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Flanner Buchanan Funeral Home (5463 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46221). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
