She is survived by: her sons, Jack Hughes (Virginia), Thomas Lee (Lesley) and Jeremiah (Crystal); her siblings, Paula Kershner, Betty Reynolds (James), Oliver Lockwood, Steven (Jan), Robert and Terry Jacobs (Jackie); her grandchildren, Jeremiah (Shiann), Jordan, Brady, Joshua (Kylie), Maddie Jo, Keely Mae, Blaine, Rayden, Jackson, McKenzie, Mason, Kaden, Jensen, Kendal and Johnathan; and her great grandchildren, Lainey, Shawn, Essie, Emma and Anna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
