She is survived by: her husband Paul Childress; her daughters, Shannon Pruett (Bryan) of Avon, IN and Crystal Childress of Camby, IN; her siblings, Dann Bushey, Marie Wright and Mary Short; and her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Annabelle and Charlotte.
