She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Challis and JoAnn Challis Baldwin (Duffy). She is survived by: her spouse Terry Havener; her children, Holly and Brian Havener; and her siblings, Angie Ashman (Billy), Jerry Challis (Sandra), Mike Challis (Taffy), Danny Challis and Joe Challis (Denise). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and friends.
Instead of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
