With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Belle Ratliff of Camby, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on April 26, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Stokes and Mary Stokes (Jines); her husband Garland A. Ratliff; and her brothers, Bill Stokes, John Stokes of Heritage Lake and Homer Stokes.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Riley (Larry) of Mooresville, Timothy Ratliff (Gloria) of Plainfield, Debbie Keller (Steve) of Plainfield and Rodney Ratliff (Tami) of Plainfield; her sister Sue Halcomb of Belleville; and her sisters-in-law, Jolene Munns, Jeannie Davis, Myrtle Ratliff and Betty Stokes. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
