He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy B. Shepherd and Thelma L. Shepherd (Prader); and his daughter Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Fran Shepherd (Dalton); his children, Cheryl Dunbar, Roy Wayne Shepherd, Michele Pellicone, Natalie Needam and Regina Minor; his stepchildren, Debbie Shirar, Tina Pierce, Dan Spencer and Marshall Spencer; and his siblings, Larry Shepherd and Linda Clark. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
