He was predeceased by: his parents, George Robert Collins and Patsy Mae Collins (Ramsey); and his brother Bobby Wayne Collins. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Collins (Bryan); his son Gary Collins; his siblings, Larry Collins and Joyce Pinkiston; and his grandchildren, Katlyn Collins and Karley Collins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
