He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jo Jacobs; his sons, Thomas (Lesley), Jeremiah (Crystal) and Jackie Hughes (Virginia); his sister Wanda Lachooga (Carlos); his grandchildren, Jeremiah (Shiann), Jordan, Brady, Joshua, Maddie Jo, Keely Mae, Blaine, Rayden, Jackson, McKenzie, Mason, Kaden, Jensen and Kendal; and his great grandchildren, Lainey, Shawn, Essie and Emma.
