He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred O. Butler and Bernice Butler (Brown). He is survived by: his sister Sue Ellen Collins (Robert "Bob") of Monrovia; his niece Corinne McGrew (Kent); his nephew Miles Collins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah, Colin McGrew, Olivia Collins, Ethan Collins (Kaylea) and Logan Lancaster.
