He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Lee; and his sister Judy Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Botts (Couch); his sons, Sean Botts (Jessica Botts) of Camby, Brett Botts of Greenwood and Adam Botts (Jessica Botts) of Camby, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Paige Botts, Emma Brown and Michael Botts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
