He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert and Josephine Kennedy. He is survived by: his parents, Gregory Staten of Indianapolis and Carol Summerlot (Kennedy) of Rushville; his siblings, Mark Staten, Tearsa Staten and Jennifer Summerlot; and his grandparents, Harry and Carolyn Staten.
