He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Tate (Michelle) of Camby, Misty Villegas of Camby and Christina Miller of Avon; his grandchildren, Cody, Connor, Tristan Tate, Makayla Villegas, Mya Doblado, David and Jacob Dicks; and his siblings, Ronald E. Tate, Margaret Huff of Beech Grove and Dorothy Moore (Daniel) of Franklin.
