She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Smith (Dodson) and Pete Smith; her husband Carl Eugene Johnson; and her siblings, Thomas Smith, James Smith, John Smith, Paul Denton Smith, William Smith, Mary Exline and Robert Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Widner, Byron Johnson and Robert Johnson; and her sister Helen West. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
All guests attending the services will be required to wear a mask at all times and maintain social distance in an effort to promote a safe environment.
