She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Cheek and Rachel Cheek (Elam); her husband William E. Waltz; and her brothers, Eugene, Louis and Russell Cheek.
She is survived by: her siblings, Alma Kanaga, Mary Alice Stewart and Wilbur Cheek. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
