He is survived by: his son Chad Melerowicz (Erin); his grandchildren, Jaylan, Andi, Kerry and Nate; his sisters, Heddy Melerowicz Shreve, Stella Melerowicz Jaksa and Barbara Melerowicz; his former wife Kathy Wilson; his close friend Michelle Hamilton; and his nieces and nephews, Janice (Klarman), Jim Stempien, Steve Klarman (Diane), Carolyn (Klarman), Kurt Johnson, Michelle (Klarman) and John Kiefer. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and dear cousins.
