He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard True and Edna True (Huse). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn True (Rains); his daughters, Kara Wilkinson (Earl) of Cambridge City, Lora Poor (Todd) of Boomer and Jean Snavely (Terroll) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Cody Poor, Kristen Miller (Brad), Carly Poor, Katelyn Fultz (Corey), Trevor Snavely and Rachel Snavely; his great grandchildren, Cohen, Quinn Miller, Judah Fultz and Everleigh Fultz; and his siblings, Maurice True (Linda) of New Castle and Phyllis Cherry of Arlington. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
