She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilman H. Hale and Emma Hale (Herd); her husband Virgil O. Hendershot; and her siblings, Nancy Halcomb, Cynthia Hartsock, Willie, Orlando, Clarence, Dudley, Aloe, Vadis and Dallas Hale.
She is survived by: her children, Delores Jean Hobbs (Leonard), Gail Stewart (Robert), Carol Duvall (Rodney), Marsha Davidson (Amos), Melvin Hendershot (Zeke), Cora Vonhayderschatt, Charlena Smith and James Hendershot. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
