He is survived by: his wife Lisa Giboney; his children, Tonya Holladay (George), Tiffany Gary (Nate) and James Phillips; his grandchildren, Allison, Desiree, Alexander, Rebekah, Bryden, Mickael and Nathan; his stepgrandchildren, Rachael, Daniel and Austin; and his siblings, Barbara Wilson, Carol Lewis and Ralph Phillips Jr..
