He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ralph Pitcher and Sadie Stewart Pitcher; his brothers, David and Thomas Pitcher; and his granddaughter Penny Pitcher.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Fraley; his sons, Rodney Pitcher and Phillip Pitcher (Ashley); his grandchildren, Bailey, Bryce, Beyonce, Brenna, Savannah, Phillip Jr., Owen and Briley; and his siblings, Paul Pitcher (Suzy), Andy Pitcher, Molly Pitcher and Rosa Wissler.
