She is survived by: her husband John R. Toney; her daughter Gina Ann Hale (Tony); and her stepdaughters, Julie Ann Wheeler (Jeff) and Alicia N. Mullin (Shaun). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
