He was predeceased by: his parents, William Webster and Hazel Florea Heck; his wife Lucille M. Heck; his siblings, Mary Ann Heck, Dale and Lee Heck; and his son-in-law William Cochran.
He is survived by: his children, Rose "Leann" Cochran and Kenneth Ray Heck; his great grandchildren, Claire, Olivia, Henry, Luke and Keegan Garrison; his brother Carl Heck (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, James, Kenny Pflum and Virginia Myers. He is also survived by his children; grandchildren.
