He was predeceased by: his mother Rosalee Tipton (Bailey). He is survived by: his sons, Levi C. Noland and Luke D. Noland; his stepdaughters, Alisha Lilley and Ethel Rudicil; his grandchildren, Corey Davis, Samantha Lilley, Savanna Lilley and Drake Waddell; and his great grandchildren, James Lilley and Samuel Schock. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
