He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mildred Louise Baker Slagle; his children, Abigail Ulerick (Nathan) of Dublin, Scott Slagle of Brookville and Nathan Slagle of Brookville; his sisters, Donna Schwarz (Charles) of Connersville, Mary Jane Kesler (John) of Metamora and Connie Sue Sizemore (Daniel) of New Palestine; his significant other Brenda DeVaughn of Cambridge City; his grandchildren, Nathan Slagle Jr., Brody and Brenlin Ulerick; his father Rev. James R. Slagle; and his siblings, Betty Jean and Jerry Lewis.
