She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Martinez and Refugia Garcia Martinez; her siblings, Manuel Martinez, Armando Martinez, Mary Nelson and Teresa Emerson; and her son Michael Muckridge.
She is survived by: her husband Don H. Muckridge of Cambridge City; her sons, Patrick Muckridge of Richmond and Brent Muckridge (Stephen Kowal) of Miami, FL; her grandchildren, Samantha Muckridge, William Muckridge, Zachary Kowal, Elizabeth Kowal and Olivia Kowal; her great grandchildren, Kevin Muckridge and Quinten Doerflein; and her brothers, Robert Martinez and Socorro Martinez. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In place of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Irene's honor to Breast Cancer Awareness, Multiple Sclerosis, or Muscular Dystrophy organizations.
