Hilda Hall Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hilda Hall of Cambridge City, Indiana, who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Swoveland and Beatrice Swoveland (Guant); her husband Ray; and her siblings, Gene, Fred, Guy Swoveland and Betty Berry.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Cates of Richmond, Donald Hall of Cambridge City and Douglas Hall (Lisa) of Cambridge City; her grandchildren, Duretta McKee (Tim), Lee Ann Bowman (Tony), Daniel Hall (Tracy Beach), Kyle Hall (Sarah), Joella Hall and Courtney Hall; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Callahan (Grace), Hunter Callahan (Taylee Myers), Whitney Jewett (Chuckie), Kennedy McKee, Ali Bowman, Caleb Hall, Madilyn Murray, Nicholas Fleenor, Jason Hall and Raylynn Hall; her great great grandchildren, Ruella Jewett, Esme Jewett and Rowan Callahan; and her siblings, Frank Swoveland and Mary Lou Hughes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home (1993 Cumberland St, Cambridge City, IN 47327). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that. Memorial Donations be made to the New Lisbon Christian Church, P.O. Box 68, New Lisbon, IN 47366.
