She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ballard and Francis Ballard; her husband Johnie Guy Black; her great grandchild Wade Shank; her children-in-law, Debbie Black and Mark Lewis; and her sister Faye Monroe.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Shank (Phil), John Black (Terry), Jeff Black (Traci), Connie Lewis, Jay Black, Joe Black (Julie) and James Black (Angie); her siblings, Luella Willis, Thelma Keihn, Barbara McCutchan, Patricia Waskom, Carl Ballard and Russell Ballard (Brenda); and her brother-in-law John Monroe. She is also survived by 50 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
