She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Shockney and Dorothy Shockney (Wood); her brother Richard A. Shockney; and her mother-in-law Dolly Sweet. She is survived by: her husband Daniel T. Sweet; her children, Dillon Sweet and Emily Sweet (James LayPoole); her granddaughter Nova LayPoole; her sisters, Lynn Bond and Penny Anderson (Charles); her father-in-law James Sweet, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Sweet, Jo Anne Barr (Gene), David Sweet (Janet), Robert Sweet and Steven Sweet (Beth). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
