He is survived by: his children, Amy Tindall of Clifford, Richard Tindall of Shelbyville, Julia Tindall of Shelbyville, Tophanga Tindall of Edon, OH, Olivia Tindall of Mount Airy, NC., Hannah Tindall of Mount Airy, NC. and Hayleigh Tindall of Mount Airy, NC.; his siblings, Rick Tindall (Sherry) of Flat Rock and Marie Wilkins of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Zaida Rivera, Effrain Rivera and Safford Tindall; his brother-in-law Marvin Mann; his niece Crystal Spires; and his nephew Jim Mann.
