He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tanner Moore, Mackenzie and Misty Moore; and his grandparents, Eddie and Sharon Willhite.
He is survived by: his daughter Rylynn Moore of Butlerville; his parents, Randy Dale Moore (Melissa Neal) of Seymour and Anissa McCrory (Clyde) of Butlerville; his brother Levi Moore of Seymour; his stepsiblings, Jed McCrory (Heather) of Hayden and Hannah McCrory of North Vernon; and his grandparents, Randolph and Carol Moore of Seymour.
