She is survived by: her parent Lula Belle Durham (Mullins); her spouse David Johnson; her children, Richard Johnson of Butlerville and Brenda Wainscott (Lee) of Butlerville; her brother David Durham of Greenwood, MS; her stepchildren, Randy Ent (Patty) of Seymour, Bob Ent (Veronica) of Kentucky and Kay Ent of Madison; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Johnson of Butlerville. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
