Cummins IV; her son Billy Cummins of Butlerville; her parents, Andrew Green of Henderson and Lorraine Van Pelt of North Vernon; her siblings, Vincent Green (Michelle) of North Vernon, Heather Simpkins (Dan) of North Vernon, Leslie Van Pelt of Elsinboro and Susan Simpson of Butler; and her nephews, Devon Liston of North Vernon and Christian Liston of North Vernon.
