She is survived by: her mother Sheree Corum (Monroe) of North Vernon; her husband Dennis "Mike" Carmichael Jr. of Butlerville; her daughters, Allison Lester of North Vernon, Emily Bannister of North Vernon, Lily Carmichael of Butlerville and Kathryn Carmichael of Butlerville; her stepchildren, Michael Carmichael of Madison and Ashley Carmichael of Madison; her siblings, Cody Corum of North Vernon, Laura McRoberts (Adam) of North Vernon and Sarah Gonzala of North Vernon; and her grandchildren, Jesse Lester of North Vernon and Jaxson Stout of North Vernon.
