He is survived by: his wife Mary "Rachel" Moore; his children, Rachel Michelle Rathburn of Columbus, Miranda Lee McNealy (Devon) of Columbus, Madison Marie Donna Rathburn of Butlerville, Emily Rosemary Rathburn of Butlerville, Steven Rathburn (Sarah) of Butlerville, Colby David Jacob Rathburn of Butlerville and Jack David Ryan Rathburn of Butlerville; his granddaughter Jordan Olivia Rathburn; and his sisters, Juanita Willard (David) of Greensburg and Carol Rathburn of Greensburg.
