He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Millspaugh (Hunt); his children, Tony Millspaugh (Donna) of Wabash, Scott Millspaugh (Gloria) of Fort Wayne, Matthew Millspaugh (Lisa) of Butlerville, Debra Perez (Medardo) of McAllen and Stacy Marley (Mike) of Marion; his siblings, Morris Millspaugh (Nancy) of Fishers, Tass Horn of Upland and Cora Jane Swanner (Paul) of Gas City; and his grandchildren, Ashley Millspaugh of La Fountain, Lauren Millspaugh of Wabash, Whitney Millspaugh of Wabash, Rebekah Crawford (Bob) of Corpus Christi, Stephanie Huff (Jeremey) of Marion, Rachel Marley of Marion, M. J. Marley of Marion, Meredith Millspaugh of Marion, Nicholas Millspaugh (Stephanie) of Noblesville, Jordan Combs (Jeff) of Roanoke, Joel Millspaugh of Chicago, IL and Jagen Millspaugh of Fort Wayne.
Memorial donations may be made in honor of Mr. Millspaugh through the funeral home to the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation in care of the Lincoln Huff Family Research Fund.
