She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alvin Smith and Pauline Smith (Black). She is survived by: her significant other Orville E. Cyrus of Butlerville; and her sons, Matt Followell (Amanda Aynes) of Seymour and Patrick Followell (Jennifer) of Seymour, Indiana.. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
