He was predeceased by: his mother Shannon Marie Kruger (Michael) of Butler; and his grandparents, Roger Krontz, Lawrence and Mary Louise Maynard. He is survived by: his father Michael Lawrence Maynard (Melissa) of Lansing, Michigan.; his siblings, Adrian Maynard of Butler, Desiree Maynard of Auburn and Anastasia Maynard (Randy) of Butler; his nieces, Hanna and Ariah; his grandparents, Sue and Michael Kruger of Auburn; and his aunts and uncles, Dennis, Minerva Maynard, Greg, Ann Pickney, Peggy Maynard and Darlene.
